• Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the Warm Zone appointed Green World Installations via a competitive tendering process based on price and quality to install solar PV systems, as part of an area based energy efficiency project. GWI proved themselves a company that not only provided quality installations, but also excellent communication and response times, with any enquiries or update requests answered quickly and in full - which along with the friendly approach made them an ideal contractor in project management.

  GWI particularly excelled during a difficult period in the project, with an unexpected change to the Feed in Tariff announced there was a national shortage of PV materials and only a few weeks window to complete the installs. Despite the problems GWI were able to complete all the installs on spec and to price - and well before the final deadline. In a situation where GWI could have cancelled the installs in favour of last minute private work at premium rates, this proved a real company commitment to our project for which we are grateful and demonstrated that GWI were an ideal choice of contractor and a real asset to the project.

• Optima Community Association commissioned Green World Installations Ltd via competitive tendering to replace the existing warm air heating systems with a combination boiler and radiators to fifteen properties. The project was extremely well managed and all of the reports from our tenants were most favourable and resulted in a tenant satisfaction score of 97%.

  This was the first project that Green World had undertaken for us, but we will certainly include them on any future tender list for work of a similar nature
