Conventional boiler
A High efficiency Condensing Worcester-Bosch boiler will be installed to meet the specific heat requirements of the property.
Controls will be chosen to maximise energy efficiency whilst meeting the specific needs and comfort levels of the property.
A Solar-ready un-vented hot water cylinder will be installed that will deliver hot water at mains pressure.
Radiators will be sized and installed to meet the specific heat requirements of each room. Each Radiator will be fitted with a Thermostatic Valve control to allow the user individual control of room temperature.
Note. A solar-ready cylinder will be fitted if the user does not want solar panels yet but may want to install them at a later date.
