Solar un-vented hot water system
A High efficiency Condensing Worcester Bosch boiler will be installed to meet the specific heat requirements of the property Controls will be chosen to maximise energy efficiency whilst meeting the specific needs and comfort levels of the property A Solar-ready un-vented hot water cylinder will be installed that will deliver hot water at mains pressure.
Radiators will be sized and installed to meet the specific heat requirements of each room. Each Radiator will be fitted with a Thermostatic Valve control to allow the user individual control of room temperature. Solar panels will be fitted to the roof and will allow natural sunlight to generate up to 70%** hot water at no cost to the user but only at certain times of the year.
Conventional boiler
A High efficiency Condensing Worcester-Bosch boiler will be installed to meet the specific heat requirements of the property. Controls will be chosen to maximise energy efficiency whilst meeting the specific needs and comfort levels of the property. A Solar-ready un-vented hot water cylinder will be installed that will deliver hot water at mains pressure.
Radiators will be sized and installed to meet the specific heat requirements of each room. Each Radiator will be fitted with a Thermostatic Valve control to allow the user individual control of room temperature.
Note: A solar-ready cylinder will be fitted if the user does not want solar panels yet but may want to install them at a later date.
Combination boiler system
A High efficiency Condensing Combination Worcester Bosch boiler will be installed to meet the specific heat requirements of the property. Controls will be chosen to maximise energy efficiency whilst meeting the specific needs and comfort levels of the property.
Hot water is supplied directly from the boiler and is available on demand. A combination boiler will deliver instantaneous hot water and full heating control.
Radiators will be sized and installed to meet the specific heat requirements of each room. Each Radiator will be fitted with a Thermostatic Valve control to allow the user individual control of room temperature.
