Combination boiler system
A High efficiency Condensing Combination Worcester Bosch boiler will be installed to meet the specific heat requirements of the property.
Controls will be chosen to maximise energy efficiency whilst meeting the specific needs and comfort levels of the property.
Hot water is supplied directly from the boiler and is available on demand. A combination boiler will deliver instantaneous hot water and full heating control.
Radiators will be sized and installed to meet the specific heat requirements of each room. Each Radiator will be fitted with a Thermostatic Valve control to allow the user individual control of room temperature.
